Order Processing Service Updates

Periodically we release Updates and Enhancements to the service. These are provided to you at no charge. Updates are automatically downloaded when you log in. This help screen will appear when you download an upgrade.

We have added a memo field where you can maintain notes associated with a particular order. The memo field is shown on the Orders page, on the right of the top toolbar. The contents of the memo field are saved when you press

The edit button now allows you to edit the customer email address as well as the ship-to address, this information can be updated even after an order ships.

You can now include a Shipping Logo. This is a graphic that is printed as the return address on the shipping label generated by the Order Print button.

An edit button has been added to the Orders page for editing the ShipTo address. Once an order is shipped, the address can not be edited

Added client support for multiple vendors.

The local Data cache is now maintained in a sub-directory corresponding to the vendor code. Your login associates you with the appropriate local directory. You can now use the client to maintain orders for multiple vendors.

A selection screen has been added to the Billing and Activity Log pages to let you view only selected records.

Version 1.4.2.1 - released 10/14/2002

An Inventory tab has been added to the order form to support a New Feature that lets you limit customer orders to inventory quantity on-hand. To use this feature:

• contact Customer Service to activate this feature
• add the items you want to control and their available quantities on the inventory tab

The OnHand quantity shown will decrement as orders are accepted. When it reaches zero, your customers are notified that you are out of stock.

Items not added to the list can continue to be ordered in unlimited quantities.
